Device access limitation

You can manage the login device limitation for a student's account in TeachingHub. You have the ability to set the permitted login devices for an account. If your students attempt to log in from multiple devices, you can easily impose restrictions with just a few clicks.
To better illustrate, let's consider an example:
If you select a login device limitation of "One", it means that only one student can log in with one device. If that student tries to log in to another device using the same account, they will automatically be logged out from the previous device.
Alternatively, if you select a login device limitation of "Two", it means that with a single account, a student can be logged in on two different devices simultaneously. However, if the student attempts to log in to a third device with that account, they will automatically be logged out from the first device they had used.

To manage the login device limitation, you can follow these steps:
  • Log in to the admin panel.
  • Select the "Settings" option from the left menu.
  • Click on the "System settings" option from the sub-menu.
  • Choose the "Number of authorized devices" option.
  • Provide the number of the devices.
  • Click on the "Save" button to update your information.
